decent stay, some minor issues

convenient location fair layout dated bathroom expensive rate

the location is fantastic! it's super convenient being close to the mtr exit (near the pacific place 3 exit). the lobby downstairs is really easy to access! the staff were always helpful when i needed anything. the layout of the room is quite fair, definitely larger than many other hotels!

the bathroom feels quite dated.

the male manager i encountered lacked warmth. and there was no readily available drinking water (i had to find a store to buy some). it felt a bit inconvenient, especially since carrying heavy water bottles isn't ideal.

clean room modern decor cute area

i found the room impressively clean. The modern decor on the walls added a special touch. Breakfast presented a good variety, and the dining area felt so cute.

I noticed very slight noise from nearby rooms. The walls seemed quite thin.

good location comfortable bed early check unfriendly staff no hooks dated bathroom

the location was good. i walked everywhere i wanted to go. the bed were comfortable and i sleeped well. they also let me check in early, that was nice.

the staff not be friendly at check-out. they called me to leave when i was a few minutes late. there was no hooks for clothes in the bathroom. the bathroom appear dated.

totally awesome stay!!!

prime spot helpful staff quiet room

This hotel has such a prime spot! offices and malls are super close! the staff was really helpful. the room was quiet and comfy. I slept like a baby!

the hotel did not provide complimentary coffee in the room. i thought that was a little weird, but i managed anyway.
